International orders are shipped door to door via DHL. Please note that if your address is missing some information or some information is wrong, DHL will charge us more once your package is delivered. Local orders (Laos) are shipped via Houangaloun. Please note that local orders are not delivered door to door anymore due to a change in policy from our local shipping partner. Local customers can add a note (in the comment section) for their preferred Houangaloun office. Thank you for your understanding!
