Description

Organic cotton, naturally-dyed with indigo, these indigo shoulder bags are a result of our collaboration with Tai Lue artisans in Luang Prabang’s Nambak district.

The weavers there are expert indigo dyers and masters at four paddle weaving, a technique that allows the warp to be lifted in intervals, endowing a single-colour fabric with incredibly rich texture and patterns.

We regularly co-design products with the artisans there, both for their skill and their innovative design ideas. Made with contrasting straps, these Tai Lue shoulder bags are functional, playful and easy to style. To see more four paddle weave designs.
