Description

Flash your appreciation for Laos’ master weaver skills with these clutches, crafted using hemp and cotton textiles woven in the tapestry technique. Did you know tapestry or “namlai” weaving technique is one of the hardest to master?

The tapestry weave is used to show water features, and a weaver must be extremely skilled because she must weave without the aid of a pattern on the loom. Bright, funky colours make this cotton and hemp clutch stand out from the rest, plus each one in the collection is slightly different. Leather ties on the zipper and a leather wrist strap are bonus features!

Please add comments on the checkout  if you have a preference for the color, We can offer: Pink and Turquoise.
