The Story:

This Hmong Batik and Indigo Maxi, is both striking in design and durable as it’s made of hemp. This maxi features traditional style Hmong batik, a technique of wax-resist dyeing with indigo, drawn on hemp fabric. Important to the Hmong culture, this technique continues to be practiced in remote villages. The Hmong are an ethnic group in Laos, they are skilled textiles artisans. Perfect as a floor cushion or on a sofa. Insert not included.
