Description

This delicate, yet super sturdy, bucket bag made from hemp and cotton is the result of our collaboration with Katu communities in southern Laos.

Skilled backstrap weavers, Katu women thread beads directly onto the weft thread, so you can be sure the beads won’t fall off! The Katu use, almost exclusively, natural dyes and the soft natural colours evoke the rustic wooden houses, green paddies and straw-coloured hills surrounding Katu villages.

Sling this bucket bag across your shoulders, cinch the cord and hit the road! Perfect for traveling across the world or in your neighbourhood.
