Description

The ikat technique is mesmerizing, and it takes tremendous skill. Our Butterfly Ikat Wall Hanging is woven with 100% silk and features a recurring butterfly motif. The butterfly symbolism metamorphosis, beauty and a fresh start. Butterfly motifs are usually used for textiles used by young girls and newlywed women.

This piece was woven at the Living Crafts Center by our master weavers. Features all natural dyes and silk warp and weft.
