BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to bookings:
(1) On making a reservation, you shall pay for the total booking. 

(2) To guarantee and confirm your booking please make the full payment by paypal or bank transfer.  PLEASE note that for bank transfer each transaction will cost $40 and that charge will be added to your bill.

(3) By paying for a reservation, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 2 weeks from your agreed check-in date or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in date, you authorize Ock Pop tok to keep the full payment. 

(4) If you check in later than the agreed date, we will charge you for the full booking. Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with Ock Pop Tok.

(5) In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to Ock Pop Tok any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which Ock Pop Tok should be notified and which may require special facilities.
(6) When a reservation is confirmed Ock Pop Tok will issue the booking confirmation.  The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation. Cancellation must be made 2 weeks before check in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW: In the event of a no-show without cancellation, your payment is non-returnable.

CANCELLATION: If you notify us more than 2 weeks before your check in date we will refund your payment. 

NB Every effort is made to process your bookings correctly. If at any time you see a problem with the date, or room you have chosen in our confirmation email, please notify us immediately.
