Organic Cotton, Natural Dyes and Symbollic Lue Textiles

Visit the beautiful wooden stilted village of the Lue cotton weavers.  Each family plants, harvests, spins, dyes and weaves organic cotton.  Meet the Lue families and try spinning your own cotton.

This trip takes you to the furthest reaches of Laos, into the misty mountains and beyond. From Luang Prabang to Xam Tai, the journey is all about discovering the secrets of Lao textiles.
